### *---- "Complaint Regarding Delayed Cash Deposit Refund and Poor Service"
I want to complain about the bad service I received regarding my cash deposit at the QNB ATM

The ATM took my money but the amount was not credited to my account and this was clearly not my mistake

I already reported the issue but until now I have not received my money and I am being asked to wait longer

I am very disappointed with this service and I expect QNB to resolve this issue as soon as possible and return my money without any further delay

### *---- "It doesnt work"
After scanning my QID to open a new bank account it just tells me the document is not correct and it kicks me out and when i try again it times me out. And when i go to the bank branch they tell me to resort to the app but it doesn’t work. So disappointing from the supposed best bank in qatar.

### *---- "Poor Customer Care"
I tried to make an account online through the app, it was done after too many ridiculous erros, i pretty sure i selected “Saving Account” for the same. Then when it was done i found out it represented Current account )which u need to deposit 5k immediately before activate the debit card and everything). When i leave it like that they blocked it. I tried again to make another account which is Saving type but it was Unable to. I had called Customer Service which he was so unhelpful at all even the tone voice was not good but despite of all that i tried my best to represent my issue as well so he can solve it .. he did nothing except telling pls go to nearest branch … i went there after waiting they just inform u need to make it online !! Customer service tells go to the branch and the branch said do it through app only …! Is This the professional way to encourage people using your bank Service!! Very poor experience actually. I delete the app already and i would select another bank who appreciate their customers needs bcz I dont think that there is poorest than QNB services..!
