I signed up for the free month’s trial, but all I received were sample songs. I tried logging out and logging back in, and even redeemed my purchases, but without success. I contacted their help desk 12 hours ago and have not received a reply. Therefore, I’ve cancelled my subscription. It was unsatisfactory.
Fact: A noticeable clarity over Tidal. Very pure. Fact : I looked up my favourite 80s stuff as I do with trials but too many albums omitted. Trial cancelled, app now removed. Fact : easy to cancel / join with apple subscription. Fact : don’t hide your ip if joining on internet, your location in your account won’t match up later & its embedded within their servers back end. You’ll have to cancel your bank card . Be smart.
I have closed app after updating multiple time. It keeps on skipping songs on new albums but does not play.

I love Qobuz, it offers the closest thing to the original vinyl LP experience by offering detailed track credits , liner notes and reviews. All with lots of Hi Res level. The other that’s great is that they are the only service which makes it clear what res the album is being played at. Would love to see more album booklets included. Thanks Qobuz
Qobuz sounds great and choosing Chromecast is great as it works with so many systems. Biggest features I would like are automatic mixes and new music discovery playlist and album selection, option for auto play at the end of songs and ability to browse playlists and albums by genre. Still the best sounding service and the UI is reliable and looks good.
Downloaded, but it's asking questions in French. Not sure why, I'm in New Zealand! Deleted.
Completely unable to subscribe or even use a free trial subscription. Clicking on free trial takes you to a page that says ”sorry, there are no offers available right now.” Clicking on the subscription takes you to ”sorry, there are no offers available right now. Don't qobuz want people to pay for their service???!
