The QRyde Driver app connects community drivers to their QRyde communities. Quickly and easily view, accept, manage and update trips you receive from QRyde - whether they’re booked days in advance or “on-demand”. With the QRyde Driver app, your riders will be able to scan their QCards when they get in your vehicle to pay their fare or verify their identity, and track your location along the route

I’m not going to waste time complaining. If you’ve used this app long enough you’ll know they’re not gonna change it regardless. I just wanna give a mention to the guy on here who said “If QRyde was a restaurant, I’d leave without paying.” Haha that tickled me. Update Jan. 2026: Even more terrible than before. Repeatedly loads and reloads the same info and then freezes on a loading screen. 
Update Nov. 2025: The latest version of this app will not let you use it unless your phone’s GPS is on ALL THE TIME. Your GPS will be running whether your using the app or not. And if you disallow GPS use the app won’t work.
I use this professionally. It is the worst app I’ve ever used. If it wasn’t required by my company I would have uninstalled it on day one. Why? It is glitchy beyond reason. Text and icons flash and disappear or are displayed in the wrong areas. It crashes constantly. It never, NEVER, displays all the icons that should be on the screen. It transposes locations, putting destinations under different names. It has only been getting worse to use over the last year I’ve been forced to use it. If QRyde were a restaurant I’d leave without paying.

All VENDORS must sue this app creators for $ loss because they using drivers like - TEST MONKEYS instead pay TEST COMPANY for test app before Let vendors use it. 
My loss $12 for July x 300 companies - it’s a nice case!

Need an Apple version of this ASAP. So much time and money wasted. Very slow and not user friendly either.

### *---- "Very Poor app needs lots of fixing"
So when I originally downloaded this app it worked ok. Then since My first update (because I have a newer iPhone with OLED screen I use dark mode to save battery) having it in Dark Mode I am no longer able to see the clients name & if I click on the i icon I can’t see any info unless I turn Dark Mode off. As a result My battery life is increasingly suffering. As I work long hours 6 days a week I used to only need to charge once during My work day now more like twice during My work day. Towards the end of the first update right before this most recent update the app would crash when I was attempting to click on the green check and the board button. I figured it must need and update sure enough it did so I made My second update to this app. Now every time I click the green check and board button the app closes if I am in the app for like more than 15 - 20 seconds trying to read the info in the app the app closes. If we are required to use this app for work it is so not ready for Prime Time. There is so much about it that needs tweaks and fixes before MassHealth makes this required. Have you even done Alpha or Beta testing? Or are we those Guinea Pigs?
