QRyde Driver App

All VENDORS must sue this app creators for $ loss because they using drivers like - TEST MONKEYS instead pay TEST COMPANY for test app before Let vendors use it. My loss $12 for July x 300 companies - it’s a nice case!

Phone updated and logged me out of the Qryde Drivers app now is saying that there’s no account found using my login information with I’ve have been using over a year now.

Need an Apple version of this ASAP. So much time and money wasted. Very slow and not user friendly either.

So when I originally downloaded this app it worked ok. Then since My first update (because I have a newer iPhone with OLED screen I use dark mode to save battery) having it in Dark Mode I am no longer able to see the clients name & if I click on the i icon I can’t see any info unless I turn Dark Mode off. As a result My battery life is increasingly suffering. As I work long hours 6 days a week I used to only need to charge once during My work day now more like twice during My work day. Towards the end of the first update right before this most recent update the app would crash when I was attempting to click on the green check and the board button. I figured it must need and update sure enough it did so I made My second update to this app. Now every time I click the green check and board button the app closes if I am in the app for like more than 15 - 20 seconds trying to read the info in the app the app closes. If we are required to use this app for work it is so not ready for Prime Time. There is so much about it that needs tweaks and fixes before MassHealth makes this required. Have you even done Alpha or Beta testing? Or are we those Guinea Pigs?

The app has always ran slow and glitched often. But on Friday, it froze and hasn’t worked since. I’ve deleted and re download and the same results

Too slow , too glitchy. Very annoying to use!

This could be the worst app I’ve ever used

I booked a medical ride today with Eric from Mart transportation. He was kind and courteous. Eric was professional. He made my appt and gave me confirmation. I’ve called mart and used over the years, they train there people good in customer service. I want Mart to know that Eric is valued employee..Merry Christmas.🎄
