## QRyde Rider Reviews in United States

### *---- "THIS APP IS A JOKE!"
Not only is this app pathetic but when your waiting to be picked up after your appointment and the driver is a NO SHOW you can not even get in touch with the company, either the mailbox is full or they just don’t understand English! THE WORST!!
Now I take an uber to my appointments and not have to worry about being dropped off and forgotten about!!!
-- Treecemarie, 2025-08-19

### *---- "Ruth"
If I could leave a negative-1 rating I would do so.
My last ride was a disaster. The driver left when I was inside my appointment there was no communication from the driver or the app. That my driver was leaving to give another ride, my doctors office was closing I was the last appointment so I was now in a dark parking lot outside in the rain.
Over an hour later another driver came I was scared that I had been stranded for the entire time because there was no dispatcher to call and tell me someone else was on the way. Furthermore it was raining and the office had to lock me outside in the rain.
-- sadieartglass, 2025-05-05

### ****- "finally they fixed the booking problem"
It used to be able to review the future ride, but booking had been bugged for years. I had to use Android version their web site. But they finally fixed the app and booking a ride from the app has started working since the last patch. Great!
-- MysticPendium, 2025-03-13

### *---- "Cant login"
Wont send me a text. Says there's an account already associated with that phone number, well duh! that's my account. Please fix this login issue. I can login on the mobile browser but not the app
-- robpoorfeedrich, 2024-05-22

### *---- "Absolute trash of circular confusion"
GATRA Uses this app for people needing to attend medical appointments and I’ve tried logging in and it tells me my phone number is already registered with another account. So I’m in an endless loop.

Waste of time for an app I actually need for health appointments. Disgraceful.
-- mjname, 2024-04-12

### *---- "Terrible app with no customer service"
Heaven help anyone who needs to use this app for transportation. It doesn’t work and there’s no way to contact support.
-- OyVeyAway, 2024-03-25

### *---- "Don’t even try it: waste your time!"
What’s the point having a app that promises making so much easier to book the rides if this app doesn’t work? It’s waste time and a lot frustration trying to book a ride , specially when after all finished that you can’t book it! Recommend: DONT EVEN TRY IT!
-- EddieLuis617, 2024-01-16

### *---- "Remains completely nonfunctional after another update"
How you can push an update to a nonfunctional app that leaves it STILL nonfunctional after months is beyond me. Next step is contacting my elected officials to tell them to make sure they contract with companies who can actually do what they’ve been paid to do.
-- Flammenfutzen, 2024-01-04

### *---- "Low quality app for low quality service"
The app always crashes and 95% of the time won’t allow me to make a selection. Even if you manage to book a ride, the drivers only show up half the time.
-- Mar42991, 2023-11-24

### *---- "Please Fix This App."
For the love of gods please fix this app. There’s so many bugs with it it’s unusable. I can’t schedule or cancel rides, file feedback, or anything. I really hope someone fixes this so I don’t have to keep pulling out my health ID number. This would be a great app if it actually worked.
