Where have my scans gone

My scans have suddenly disappeared out of nowhere. So disappointing. This app was so helpful and handy to have all my scans within easy access. PLEASE FIX THIS

Need help. 87yrs old.

I was happy I had my tests/ X-rays on screen no probs, Notified tonight SAW my scans great then here I am I hour later so many back and forths now NOTHING”. Now what do I do. It was so simple before now I dont know what to do. Please explain!

Ok but old scans have disappeared?

This is ok, I have used it a lot to show reports and file numbers so drs and allied health people can promptly look up scans when dealing with different providers eg hospital specialists and gps. So really good for recent scans and as a time saver in short specialist appointments. It used to be you see the file numbers even if the results were blocked for patients so eg a very recent scan can be accessed on different systems but now scan history is mostly gone. It is not a date thing, it looks like anything non-innocuous is gone. This severely impacts the usefulness of the app, in fact I don't really see the point of the app at all since the last update? Is it just to avoid having to print things? But we also cant download anything...so when appointment letters say 'bring your scans and results' (of things that weren't done by the hospital) its just a big 'no, sorry, see your administrator about your qscan contract and integration with your system' ?

Amazing service

Less the one minute I got access to old results. Qscan team was spot on in explain to me what to do and the company who runs the app also helped me to set up my account to get access. Perfect!

Crashes

Crashes 100% of the time when trying to view images. Using iPhone 11 with most current system update available at time of writing this (iOS 15.4.1)

Constant crashes

App crashes every single time I try to put in my DOB. Reviews show I’m not the only one.

Some faults

Shows scans well. But won’t show the clinical notes

Stupid app

Tried to login and look at my past results again. Didn’t recognise my pin - yes the pin was correct. Tried to reset pin and it wouldn’t recognise my DOB. I know my date of birth. Total fail.

App kept crashing

App kept crashing. Now I need a new activation code.

Only one device

Great idea but can’t seem to register more than one device. I have set up on my iPhone and it’s fine but I thought I’d put on my iPad so images etc bigger but can’t seem to register my iPad.
