## QSROnline Managing Reviews in United States

### *---- "Hasn’t been updated in years"
This app hasn’t been updated in 3/4 years and it shows. Why have we stopped updating an app that’s getting updated on the website? The scheduling app for this as well last update was fixes for IOS 15..
-- ssdnick, 2025-07-16

### ***-- "Manager notifications"
Managers do not recieve a notification, when there is a shift trade pending, is there a setting missing in the app? Why cant you adjust the schedule from one employee to another from the app? As in just changing one for another?
-- Deanfightsfunny, 2025-06-06

### *---- "Please fix the notification bugs"
On any regular day I get about 20 notifications from this app (about 7 notifications for 1 actual new thing on the app). Today however I have received over 120 notifications in a span of 10 minutes
-- peage_the_panda, 2023-05-26

### *---- "Unable to adjust employee availability"
There is a bug that doesn’t allow employee availability to be adjusted, please fix this.
-- Ghuvcdstujbf, 2022-12-03

### *---- "Great App When It Works"
It’s an awesome app when it works but it hardly ever works. 9 times out of 10, it won’t load up. The scheduling app typically works just fine though.
-- Riko Redz, 2021-05-31

### ***** "Information at your fingertips!"
Very powerful information to manage all your restaurants from anywhere in the world.
The QSROnline Apps are amazing because of their simplicity but yet efficient way to get more information to better manage your business.
-- AACN 28, 2018-06-29

### ***** "Has helped with no shows!"
This app has to be the best one yet. The messaging feature is really helpful because I can send any text to anyone on the team about their schedules. I don’t have to have the number saved into my phone!! I also think it’s great that I can approve schedules, which is way easier than getting a bunch of no shows!
-- eatspecans93, 2018-02-14

### ***** "Such a vital tool"
Managing is hard enough so why not use the tools that make it simple? You can manage your restaurant anywhere your phone is and never miss a beat.
-- Brandon Cunnningham, 2018-01-31

### ***** "This app keeps managers on the floor!"
After the schedule is done, everything can be managed in the app. You can handle shift trades and requests off on your phone. I can easily find any employee and text the directly from this app.
-- Gverdeja, 2018-01-30

### ***** "Managing made easy?!"
FINALLY. I can deal with employee's shift changes, requests off, and find their info right from my phone! No need to be in the store to manage!
