One of the worst apps and customer service experiences. Their primary goal is making money, with no regard for the customer’s best interest. I deleted the app after my first experience and will never use it again due to the financial loss I suffered.

I feel sorry for the companies that partner with QTickets. Out of every five times I use it, it only works properly once. It has several issues: it doesn’t recognize passwords, forces users to reset them, and still fails to log them in. It also interrupts the payment process, making the whole experience a frustrating waste of time. Even downloading their app turned out to be useless.

Please, be ready for the digital age!

You need to login again for each event. No marking on seating for selected area. No highlight of occupied seats and doesn’t move forward after selection. I gave up on the event and app. Qatar deserves better

We attended Hukum concert at lusail sports arena and was incredibly disappointed with the seating arrangement. The layout was poorly planned.
Despite paying a hefty price for VVIP seats,our view was obstructed by a support pillar and we could barely see the stage. One of our friends family booked the same row but the seats numbers given in the tickets were not available. We have never seen this kind of bad seating plan for a VVIP ticket.

Extremely disappointed with the refund process. My event was canceled on March 7th, 2024, It's now June 21st, “106 DAYS” and I still haven't received it. Poor communication and unacceptable delays. Avoid this app if you expect timely refunds.

Booked 3 tickets for Wanda event today, 10.05.24.
 I arrived half an hour before the event and already the stadium was overbooked. We went to all gates and we were not allowed to get in.

90% of the time they will charge the card and we will never the get confirmation. If we try to contact the customer care the wait time is almost 40-45 minutes and they only work in the afternoon. If something goes wrong and you don’t get the ticket then basically you are in trouble. Nowadays I prefer Novo Cinemas at least they have a better platform.
