I booked movie tickets in advance, but due to heavy rain, I decided it wasn’t safe to go. I contacted their customer support to request either a date change or an e-voucher, but the response was very unhelpful. The representative on the call was quite rigid and refused to offer any flexibility. When I tried reaching out through chat, I was told that changes could only be made via phone, which made the process even more frustrating. It’s disappointing that there is no flexible policy in situations like bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. A service like this should consider customer convenience and provide better support options.
