Qtime Payment Issues

I really love this app. I just got a problem in paying, I got my working cards input but, it doesn’t accept my card payment it says my account cannot currently make live charges. The thing is, I’m using these cards to pay before but it doesn’t accept my payments now. Until now I can’t open my pro account.

This app gets the job done.
