After a few days of use I realized that over half the letters I received from people in my inbox had nothing to do with mental health or begging me to buy one of their products on Facebook. This is a really bad look for people struggling with mental health when it feels like messages aren’t being taken seriously, being spammed, or are meant for other users on the app. I’d suggest heavier moderation or disabling it all together.
