Quadratec Catalog App

I ordered several items from here and never before had so much than with fender liners. I have no inside liners on the front where you really need them, because on no hardware included in a factory box. No decent response through email and finally someone acted responsibly today where they sent me a complete replacement. But I go on vacation. It will be almost a month that I can’t go anywhere wet or sloppy because of so much uncovered areas of the engine compartment. They boast #1 customer service. I beg to disagree. I have been on the phone with three different people before today. I have sent numerous emails to them (most of them unanswered). You get put on hold and forced to listen to some god awful static music and a guy telling you how good they are. Each phone call I was listening to that for at least 10 minutes before a person responded. If this is service, and number one, God help us…

Pros: Maintains customer account login to see initial order history and wishlists. Easily able to add available items to wishlist. Cons: Homepage had problems displaying and opening links. Difficulty opening sub categories for shopping. Cannot open attached installation pdfs for products. Cannot open links for shipping details of purchased products. Essentially i have to use my web browser to accomplish any deficient action on this app.

They have clearly given up on supporting this app. Google login does not work. No update in 2 years. Why is it even available if you’re not going to fix it?

Searching online VS the app not everything shows up. I even took their part number and pasted it in the app and didn’t show up.

No iPad version? Stuck with low res iPhone version?

I log in with the google option and am unable to select the option to login with google or Facebook. It’s as if it is just a picture and not a link. If I try to log in with my email and password it does not work. Would love to be able to use this app but so far have to use a web browser instead. Dev help would be appreciated.

Love the app, have been using it for a few years now, however as of late I have not been able to login using Facebook while on the app. It would appear as if I can’t click on the continue with Facebook or Google icons and I can’t login with an email since it’s connect to the FB account and cant use a password to continue to my account. No issues on a computer however.

Tracking numbers won’t open. Useless...

The Chat icon at the top of the app - does not work. The Call icon at the top of the app - does not work. The 1-800 number at the bottom of the nav menu - does not work. Do they not want us to contact them? This app is broken.

This is a great app. I like being able to look through the catalog without having the physical book. Only negative is that there’s no filter button. If i click on front bumpers for example i would like to choose if i want to see stubby bumpers, mid for full width bumpers. But other than not being able to filter great app
