So frustrating!!
I ordered several items from here and never before had so much than with fender liners. I have no inside liners on the front where you really need them, because on no hardware included in a factory box. No decent response through email and finally someone acted responsibly today where they sent me a complete replacement. But I go on vacation. It will be almost a month that I can’t go anywhere wet or sloppy because of so much uncovered areas of the engine compartment. They boast #1 customer service. I beg to disagree. I have been on the phone with three different people before today. I have sent numerous emails to them (most of them unanswered). You get put on hold and forced to listen to some god awful static music and a guy telling you how good they are. Each phone call I was listening to that for at least 10 minutes before a person responded. If this is service, and number one, God help us…
