QualityFood: Grocery Delivery

I love this store, they have great selection of hard to find items in UAE and are well priced. Service is great and food is always fresh and delivered on time.

I made my order yesterday and selected the delivery for today from 6-9PM and received a confirmation email on the same. Yet order is not delivered as per the confirmation nor they respect what they claim in their app of delivery within 24 hours. Not recommend at all.

الطلب اكمل اسبوع ولم يصل اي شي الى الان .. على اساس ان سيصلني في اليوم التالي .. قرأت الكثير عنهم فالجميع يشتكي من التوصيل وعدم المصداقيه ..

App is great and they have al badia seasoning products which are absolutely amazing. Juices and Al Badia products are the best. I also love their selection of feta cheese

تطبيق سيء للغاية ، لا يوجد مصداقية ، لقد طلبت قبل 10 أيام ويفترض أن يصل طلبي منذ أسبوع وحتى الآن لم أستلم أي شيء :)

For we were not informed that yogurt is out of stock or asked if we need a replacement. One rose apple was rotten but there was another one that wasn’t. However, it was very nice. The plum is good though. The prickly pear isn’t that bad but I highly suggest you improve customer communication and services.

I loved this app really great shopping here same feeling like Grocery. Good Delivery timing. Good Products.

Finally an app that brings fresh food and on time! Keep it up!

خدمة العملاء سيئة للغاية، قمت بطلب العناصر واستلمت بريدًا إلكترونيًا يفيد بأن العناصر سيتم إرسالها في اليوم التالي بين الساعة 6 مساءً و 9 مساءً. ولكن تلقيت مكالمة في ساعات الصباح للتسليم! طلبت منه إلغاء الطلب، بعد دقائق قليلة تلقيت مكالمة من خدمة العملاء يتأسفون للخطأ وسيتم تسليم الطلب كما هو مذكور في البريد الإلكتروني من الساعة 6 مساءً إلى 9 مساءً ولكن لم يحدث ذلك، في اليوم الثاني تلقيت فيه مكالمة أخرى صباحية للتسليم، رفضت الاستلام واضطررت إلى طلب الإلغاء ولن أستخدم هذا التطبيق مرة أخرى. ——————————————- Very bad customer service, i order items and received an email saying that the items going to be sent next day between 6pm to 9pm. But I received a call at morning hours for the delivery! I asked him to cancel the order, few minutes later i got a call from their customer service saying they are sorry and the order will be delivered as stated in the email from 6pm to 9pm but it didn’t, the 2nd day I received another morning call for the delivery, I refused and had to ask for the cancellation and will never use this app again.

Improve customer happiness and answer customer complain and try to solve it ..
