Hallo zusammen, 

ich finde den Aufbau und die Idee der App Klasse. Im Grunde genau was ich gesucht habe. Habe erstmal die Testversion genutzt. 

Leider ist sie jedoch nicht ausgereift… 
Sie hat den ein oder anderen Bug in der Anzeige. 

Inhaltlich fehlt mir die Betrachtung nach Steuern je Objekt. Cash Flow. 
Wenn sie das noch ergänzen bin ich auch bereit mehr zu bezahlen.

### ****- "Wird diese App noch gepflegt?"
Gutes Grundgerüst, nahezu alles da, was man braucht. Auch kein nerviges Abomodell - einmal ehrliche 20 € gezahlt, meins.
Aber wird die App noch weiterentwickelt? Stelle Bugs fest, die schon echt lange drin sind. Und ein paar Features fehlen… z. B. Eingabe der monatlichen Rate bei Finanzierung (ohne über Tilgung kompliziert zurückrechnen zu müssen).

Alles in allem aber ne gute App! Tut das, was ich brauche. Danke!

- Foto Funktion (Galeriebilder zuweisen) bringt App zum Absturz
- 22€ für Vollversion ist extrem dreist - keine Kaufempfehlung

Sehr gut gemachte App. Hilft beim schnellen bewerten von Objekten. Viele Details einstellbar.

Ich finde 22€ auch nicht teuer wenn man bedenkt mit welchen Investitionssummen man hantiert und steuerlich absetzbar ist es dann auch.

### ****- "Gute App aber die Vollversion 22€ was soll das"
Ich finde die App ganz gut, aber für die Vollversion 22€ zu verlangen, dass ist total übertrieben. Eine Ipad Version gibt es leider auch nicht. Ich hoffe die Entwickler setzten sich dahinter und bringen eine Ipad Version und gehen mit dem Preis für die Vollversion ein m wenig runter. Dann gibt es von mir auf jeden Fall mehr Sterne. Diese App hätte momentan wirklich Potential auf dem Markt. Hoffe die Entwickler erkennen dies noch frühzeitig

Hallo,

die App ist verständlich und funktioniert.
Schade finde ich, dass sie als kostenlos angeboten wird und trotzdem eine Belastung von einem Euro abgebucht wird. 
Hier geht‘s mir nicht um den Euro, lediglich ums Prinzip.
Daher nur drei Sterne.

### ****- "Über aus durchdacht und wirklich großartig in der Umsetzung."
Ich bin total beeindruckt von dieser App und arbeite jetzt seit ein paar Wochen damit komme sehr viel positives Feedback. Allerdings wäre es über aus wünschenswert wenn es eine iPad Version gibt und zudem eine Im und Exportfunktionen der Daten (cloud) gibt. So muss man immer in beide Geräte alles wieder von neu eingeben. Wenn dieser Punkt erledigt ist gibt’s den fünften Stern.

Optisch sowie inhaltlich tolle App, hilft eine Immobilienfinanzierung durchzurechnen. Auch wenn die Premiumversion knapp 20€ kostet, denke ich dass das in Ordnung ist, denn im Fall eines Exports der Daten für eine Finanzierungsanfrage sind die Kosten gerechtfertigt.

Toll wäre noch die Möglichkeit z.B. einen Bausparvertrag mit flexibel beginnendem Start des Kredites mit einzurechnen, sowie eine Möglichkeit des Zugriffs auf die Planungsdaten über IPad App oder Browser.

### ***** "Professionelle App - sehr hilfreich"
Die App hat mir bei der Berechnung von möglichen Eigentumswohnungen sehr geholfen. Auch wenn rauskam, dass ich mir meine Lieblingswohnung doch nicht leisten konnte. In der App geht man nach und nach alle Schritte durch, die zu einem Immobilienkauf dazu gehören, und die App ist da auch sehr vollständig. Maklergebühren, Nebenkosten und so weiter. Am Ende bekommt man dann das Ergebnis, auch für zukünftige Jahre. Wenn etwas fehlt, wird man darauf hingewiesen und kann auch alle Werte noch ändern. Außerdem sind viele Werte schon mit Defaults ausgefüllt, falls man keine Ahnung hat. In der Vollversion kann man dann noch ein PDF-Exposé erstellen, aber das habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert. Insgesamt eine absolut runde Sache.
