But every month their uptime and app gets worse. Whole features have been completely taken away and come back worse with updates. Most of the app now just redirects you to an out of date webpage. When you try to get help you almost always get put in a queue over 100 long and even when you finally get a person they offer no help whatsoever. The only conclusion is that they simply do not care about their customers once they have signed up. All I’m trying to do is access the network data and an error occurs “try again later” when I reached out to CS the rep was less than helpful in resolving the issue. The app itself takes forever to open as well it says that I have 0 devices connected which is not accurate as every device I own I had to personally enter the password. On the iPhone, the sizes of the components are incorrect. I reported these problems to Quantum, but the representative only got defensive and told me my iPad and iPhone must not be set up correctly. … Kind of interesting considering I’ve been using these devices for over a decade without ever seeing these problems with any other app. These aren’t the only technical problems from Quantum. … I strongly discourage anyone who has a choice from using Quantum Fiber internet. -- The Way It Could Be, 2025-01-01 ### **--- "Schedule" The schedule in the app doesn’t work.
