## QUE Connect Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Continuing Failure"
This app has potential to be good if only it would remain connected. Our control panel is 4 metres from the WIFI router and NO OTHER appliances or apps disconnect the way this stupid app does. I have followed ALL support recommendations and still it continues to disconnect and lose the ability to be controlled via an iPhone version of the app. For goodness sake release an update.
-- woggieduds, 2025-11-11

### *---- "Just open the API"
Please just open up the full API you guys are horrible at maintaining the cloud and software a guy built a better 3rd party solution. Sitcoms good software is just rubbish
-- Fookyou Fookme, 2025-10-08

### *---- "Bugs bugs bugs"
Please work on the app, to allow it to function properly. When used with the phone it takes 5 or 6 times to close and open the app to make a single change and for the change to be stored in the main controller. Rubbish of an app, but it’s then only one that can be used to control remotely the aircon. So we are stuck with it.
-- Gabop1, 2025-09-20

### *---- "New App version seems to make it even worse"
New update released mid July 2025 and it now seems even worse.

Make changes to turn zones off or on or temp changes and it doesn’t stick

Sorry guys, this just needs to be fixed - how can it be this bad?
-- FuzzyAUS, 2025-07-15

### *---- "should come with warning at purchase, “app does not function ”"
frustrating and deliberating; the app is a complete failure. loaded with delays at every click , user experience is so bad you almost want to throw the phone away;, click a control on app and does not reflect changes as nothing has changed, why bother ; should come with a purchase warning, “actron system is antiquated “
-- deesereese, 2025-07-10

### *---- "Doesn’t turn on remotely"
I worked a few times then stopped working. Please work on fixes so we can control remotely!
-- LB Central Coast, 2025-06-25

### *---- "App not working"
Have to reset the aircon system or re download the app for it to connect it never use to do this but now it’s rubbish
-- Nouredeen123, 2025-06-12

### *---- "Useless"
App is terrible , laggy , won’t connect, difficult to control zones. Wireless wall sensors forever faulty.
The unit works ok but bar this it is not user friendly
-- LDuj, 2025-05-23

### **--- "Apps not connecting to main screen on 2 phones"
The app has been working until recently. I’m wondering if it has stopped working after my phones recent update 🙃
-- Jdz015, 2025-04-04

### *---- "Useless"
This app is useless. It does not work.
