## Queens Public Library Reviews in United States

### *---- "search doesn’t work"
😐🤘
-- balloonney, 2025-06-03

### *---- "Search no longer works"
Search doesn’t work within the app. When you tap the search button, it just turns into a blank screen. Reinstalling the app doesn’t help either.
-- MacSuperfly, 2025-05-13

### *---- "This app does not show anything"
It shows me as logged in but does not show requests or checked out books or anything. Totally worthless
-- Ron Deveaux, 2025-05-02

### **--- "Horrible and useless"
Search button doesn’t work just goes blank. Can only see books that are recommended. Developer needs to make a useful app.
-- j8x0508, 2024-12-22

### ***-- "Getting there. Please fix notifications"
I get no notifications for holds or due dates. Nothing. Deleted and reinstalled still nada. Otherwise app is incredibly useful. Thank you
-- BCap, 2024-07-15

### ****- "Glitch"
Love this app for so long but lately something wrong. I can’t see my checkouts or any other function in the app. I can’t request for books either. Nothing is working.
-- Shumreader, 2024-06-28

### *---- "Logged out randomly and tells me there’s an error with login"
Same issue in May 2024 as the user before. Logged me out randomly and when I tried logging in with my correct login info, an error message keeps appearing saying “Login info incorrect” but I know it’s not. It worked for a couple of months before so not sure what bug it is.
-- Bieber...supporter..., 2024-05-31

### **--- "Keeps saying my number and pin are invalid"
Downloaded it and it worked for a couple weeks but all of sudden I’m logged out and when I try to log back in it says my number and pin are invalid. I did this many times. Then I tried to change my pin but then it said it does not recognize my my card number and my email. There is no redirect for help. So please let me know what’s going on or fix whatever is happening
-- Piperfart, 2024-05-25

### ***-- "Renew materials via app"
Please add a feature to renew checked out materials via the app!
-- imso_fanc, 2023-08-19

### ****- "Please add features"
Love the app so easy to navigate and request book. Would love if they added a list where we can keep track of books we really liked maybe a “would read again” list either with a thumbs up or down something we can go back on to reference.
