Trying to find out opening times for swimming- no-one answering the phone in either Botanic or the Dub and rarely do answer- and on line information not working Unacceptable

Old outdated gym. Feels like 80s again

Not registering cancellations

When I cancel my sessions, I still get calls from queens telling me I didn’t show up. I cancelled and it was gone from my booking list, so the system is clearly not registering that properly? I also would find that when I do book for a week in advance and check a few days later, the sessions I had registered are gone.
