Good to see devs are taking on feedback and made updates to the app. Much improved.

On many occasions when I’ve gone to use it, it won’t be accepted as a valid for of ID and I’ve had to go and get my physical license. I was denied service whenever I used the app and I ended up going back to using my physical license, defeating the point of the app. This app is useless until places actually start to accept it as a valid form of ID. I would honestly be terrified if I was pulled over by the police, because I doubt they would accept the app as a driver’s license if no one else will. I have no trouble with how the app works itself, it’s just that it is useless as a form of ID or being a license all together.

Someone needs their employment contract revoked. This app is absolutely rubbish. The UI is ugly. Sign-In isn’t quick. The QLD digital ID is pointless and it doesn’t connect to Apple Wallet. Whatever budget dedicated to design and development of this app isn’t adequate. Employ a new team and start again. This is woeful. Great concept that’s poorly executed.

I cannot get logged in at all it has been a pain

Trying to get Qld Transport to verify using their digital identity web site is a nightmare, terrible, but not unexpected from Government.

Can’t even sign up because keyboard doesn’t appear on the screen. Nice work Qld gov.

Well done to the dev team - what launched clearly under the design context of minimal viable product, the ongoing big fixes, enhancements and feature adds is refreshing to see. Keep up the great work

after multiple login attempts, deletes and redownloads - i have come to the consensus that this app is now entirely useless. it just keeps coming up with error codes after agreeing to the terms and conditions..

Government wasting tax payer money. I changed phones and the app doesn’t want to work in the ew phone and there isn’t help menus available or any troubleshooting, you have to call … yes , my favourite thing having to call a government call centre .
