So incredible frustrating wanting to quickly show your ID when you’re out. To put it simply, the app is constantly forcing updates so you can’t just quickly view your ID. Waste of time. Keep your card on you.

Every time I go to sign in and do the passkey it confirms it. Then, goes to the page where I need to click continue and get redirected only for it to take me back to the passkey verification page. Very annoying that it doesn’t work.

Signed up and validated my identity via two primary documents yet I am stuck in a perpetual invalid login loop. It keeps saying “The page you attempted to access cannot be viewed without valid permissions. Your access may have been invalidated for some reason.” Utterly incompetent app developers - it’s also a profoundly stupid idea to have multi factor authentication via SMS - you should be getting users to use Google or Microsoft Authenticator for time based one-time code generation.

I know my way around Apps and this one was a nightmare to set up. I tried when it was first released and gave up after many attempts. TMR would not accept the already accepted and saved (in phone pw) password. Tried to reset. Emails to reset never arrived. 
Tried again months later same issues. 
Created new login today with different email and after several process loops with no results it finally worked.

It sends me to TMR’s website to login and from there I go in circles. Enter email & password, do Face ID, says it’s confirmed, hit continue to resume on the app, and then it asks for Face ID again. I’ve gone in circles for 5 minutes and literally cannot log in.
