Built for competitors, clubs, and event hosts, Queme brings event information, running orders, check-in, dog profiles, notifications, and live event displays together in one simple platform. Whether you're running an event or waiting for your turn, Queme helps keep everyone informed and the event moving. FOR COMPETITORS Keep your event day organized without constantly checking the gate or asking where you are in the lineup. With Queme you can: • View upcoming and live dog-sport events • See your dogs and scheduled runs • Claim dogs using AKC, NADD, or Barn Hunt numbers • Maintain dog profiles and photos • See your position in the live running order • Receive notifications as your turn gets closer • Get alerts at 20, 15, 10, and 5 dogs away • Receive On Deck and Up Now alerts • View event bulletins and announcements • Access public run boards without logging in • Use the same account across multiple devices When the running order changes, Queme follows the updated lineup so your notifications stay connected to what is actually happening at the event. FOR EVENT HOSTS & CLUBS Queme gives clubs the tools they need to manage events without complicated event-management software. Hosts can: • Create and manage events • Create multiple runs and classes • Add dogs manually or import entries • Search saved dogs by registry number • Maintain a reusable dog address book • Check in individual competitors or an entire run • Drag and drop competitors to adjust run order • Manage running order from mobile or web • Mark dogs as Running, On Deck, Completed, Scratched, and more • Record scores when scoring is enabled • Publish event bulletins • Track registrations and participation • Track payment or refund status when needed LIVE RUN BOARDS Give competitors and spectators a live view of what is happening. Public run boards can display: • The dog currently running • The dog On Deck • Upcoming competitors • The full current running order Run boards can be displayed on phones, tablets, computers, TVs, or event monitors. No Queme account is required to view a public run board. DOG PROFILES Queme supports multiple dog-sport identification systems, including: • AKC numbers • NADD numbers • Barn Hunt numbers Once a dog is connected to its owner, its information can be reused at future events. This reduces duplicate data entry and helps clubs build a cleaner, reusable dog directory. OFFLINE-FRIENDLY EVENTS Dog events aren't always held somewhere with reliable Wi-Fi or cellular service. Queme is designed to keep important event information available during poor connectivity and synchronize changes when internet access returns. HOST APPROVAL & SECURITY Organizations can request Host access directly through Queme. Host applications are reviewed before event-management access is granted. Queme also includes server-side protections designed to prevent hosts from modifying events belonging to other organizations and to protect sensitive account, event, and dog information.
