## QuestChat Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Paid for buy not received"
I paid for credits and my account was charged, but credits were not received. I provided proof via receipts but no assistance yet.
-- FrqtUsr01, 2025-10-25

### *---- "Nothing but escorts and trannies"
And then they ban paying customers
-- fartman716, 2024-10-03

### ****- "Better but still needs woek"
I originally wrote a review eight years ago under the name Betsey Lou 94010. Which was an old Apple ID! It’s gotten much better you can messages now there are more people on the app in the non-audible message and overall there’s been a vast improvement. However, it still needs work, people from the phone chat line don’t understand that they aren’t able to connect with you via their way, you are only able to connect live with them or send them voice messages. It should be made known to the people that the person is on the app and can’t accept a request without initiating themselves.I’ve had to go in and out of the inbox to read messages. I’m hoping that’ll be a quick fix but also haven’t been able to send messages.

### **--- "App needs bugs fixed"
The app itself needs work. It won’t allow me to save any information. Within the first 5mins of being on the app it complete knocked me out and deleted all the info I added to the profile.
-- lillyraye, 2022-08-15

### *---- "Live"
Live connection does not work
-- flichrt, 2022-02-24

### *---- "cant even connect with the other person"
it doesnt connect with the other person once they have accepted the requeest and i get a credit taken away even if i didnt speak to the other person
-- e00ie21, 2022-01-05

### *---- "Don’t"
This app is a scam. Don’t get sucked in.

I purchased credits for use on their line (not cheap at $50). Not only did I not receive the credits….Apple refuses to refund my money.

Don’t get taken the way I was.
-- Saint Vacuum, 2021-08-07

### *---- "This app is quite horrible"
Went to purchase credits to connect with people and was charged but never received the credits. Crooks!! Use any other dating service.
-- BadAzzWolf, 2021-04-25

### *---- "Worst app"
Probably the worst app I have ever seen in the Apple App Store
-- User15685, 2021-02-03

### *---- "Stole my money"
I don’t know what’s up with this app but I made a purchase for credits it took my money and it did not give me my credits I don’t know what’s going on I wish someone would contact me ASAP I called customer service they told me to call the App Store The App Store said it will take 30 days to give me my money back I just want the credits that I paid for
