Froze during a quest, contacted helpdesk with the situation and never responded. Tried to report a crash and the app errors trying to save the crash report. 18ish hours later and still no response from the help desk, with a post stating “usually reply within minutes “ more than 18hrs later and still no response, kind of a waste of money
We attempted to do the Oz Escape. It wasn’t active at the time it was supposed to start. We contacted support and had to wait a couple of hours for it to be activated. The QR code to invite the other guests didn’t work. We had to start with one phone because we were really late already. We couldn’t use any other phones later on because the app makes everyone start from the beginning. They need a feature to sync with users that join after the quest has started. In the end we couldn’t finish it. Everybody was disappointed.
I discovered Questo when I was trying to find geocaches in Sicily. What a neat app to explore a city while solving puzzles and learning history. I will definitely try this in other cities I visit.
We had a last minute guided tour canceled and had to scramble to fill some time. We found Aiesto and it was a lot of fun. Your guide is your phone and you go at your own pace. Though it times you to add a fun challenge if you are that type. You only need to buy one game per small group that stays together, so this can be really affordable. I really hope more users start t catch on and create more routes
This was a lot of fun. Didn’t see much on our walk that I didn’t already know about, but it was great exercise and so much family fun. Took our dogs and hit the pavement!
Great concept, different unusual way to have fun
The Oz Escape: A Wicked Glitch in Tampa. What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Great clues, great story, great puzzles. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Looking forward the next adventure.
We just finished The Oz Escape: A Wicked Glitch In Tampa. This is the second time using the Question app to do an escape. The stories are interesting. The interactive map in the app is great. It’s funny to see fellow escapers as you are on your journey. I highly recommend using the Questo app for an outdoor adventure.
We had 11 people so I purchased two tickets on two different emails. Designated two different people as each teams captain. First only the two captains had access to the program. None of the rest of us could access without purchasing a ticket. So we played using only the two captains phones. It was a fun thing to do on a Saturday with perfect weather. But would have been more fun had we all been able to access the program as described.
The Dracula meets Frankenstein challenge was a blast with an unexpected twist at the end. My family had a wonderful time exploring Charlotte on a gorgeous fall day. The game was engaging and entertaining and full of fun facts. We would definitely do another experience like this!
