QMS App allows you to have a much better experience when you are visiting a store.

Before you visit a store, you are able to check how busy is the store from your smartphone and make a informed decision for your visit. Instead of walking into a store and queuing to get your ticket, you can now get a virtual ticket from your smartphone when you are about to reach the store.

The virtual ticket is now on your smartphone. You can monitor the status of your ticket any time, anywhere. The app shows the estimated time when you will be called, allowing you to use your time more effectively while waiting for you turn. You are no longer restricted to wait in a designated waiting area.

When it is near to your turn, the app will generate an alert for you to get ready to proceed to the store. When your turn is up, the app will generate another alert and prompt you the information of the service personnel who will serve you. You can then proceed to the service personnel or the counter to get your service.

The app also allows you to rate your service experience, allowing the store to improve their service quality.

Can’t even review queue number

After getting queue number when trying to refer back to the number, there’s no way to do so. When tried to get new queue number, it says already have queue number. But what if users forget what number it was?… Lousy user experience.

Appointments disappear

I do take a ticket for the appointment at UTC. But somehow when I check my queue, my ticket disappear from the upcoming, when the staff checked it was at the history side and stated cancelled but I never cancel it. Not sure how this happen and the staff told me that this is normal for IPhone users. How this ridiculous could happen. I don’t even know is my queue still there or already been cancelled in their system.

Worse Apps ever!

Appointment made via QMS but end up it cancelled automatic! Brainless design for the appointment made via this apps!

Another apps to conquer my phone space

Serious, really needed with such apps? Why dont create a website so that people can scan qr code from there and make an appointment and queue, agree?

Re: queue system

Officers are friendly but the on- line system particularly the transfer of money 10k & above has been a headache for me . Lately, the queue system requiring update but when i attempted to update, the Daisy wheel turned for about an hour & was still turning until i stopped it.

Apps dah lah sampah, pastu colab pulak dengan customer service RHB yang sampah

Useless app

As the title says. This app is no longer accepted in ASNB.

Stupid apps

This stupid ticketing apps keeps on sending me reminder, saying that my turn is coming soon. However I didn’t go to bank at that moment. Suspicious!!!

Drain power

This apps have serious battery draining issues, developers please fix it
