I got charged while I was on trial period upon trying to call multiple times, each the customer support had an different answer, initially 2 of the support staff asked me to call a different number dedicated to self employed app, and finally one of the support confirmed that they only have chat support, so the support team wasted my time by giving false information

You can’t speak to anyone on the phone for support . They used to have this but no longer do. If you have any issues prepare an entire day of typing to level 1 support that ask you to reset over and over and can’t solve the problems. It’s a good and simple app a shame that there is no support and it’s so expensive considering they offer no support .

This is a good app, great for business. It does have it flaws with milage tracking, and often the bank tracking- having to reconnect bank to get my transaction. To track all your business is great. Come tax time , i send off to my account.

I had an issue with the app in regarding deleting old contacts /customer details that I no longer needed. They directed you to a chat message system, you get to talk to a human not ai or computer then that person tells me sorry we can not help your issue you can provide feedback to the tech team to add this feature I have done it in the past and it did not happen or get a response So unfortunately quick books self employed has a very poor help system, they do not provide an email to write or phone number to verbally talk to resolve issue They will direct in circles or say sorry we couldn’t help hoping that you will give up or palm you off to another department which ends up telling you the same thing Very unprofessional and disappointing I can only hope they see this complaint and try to improve to support there paying clients with better help

I subscribed to there $13 deal but services still wasn’t working. Tried to contact help support. No help at all. Ruined my experience on this app.

They can’t sort out anz bank feeds so all my transactions are lost just when I need it most at tax time. Then they tell me to upload my details via csv. Which I try to do and it’s saying that it only excepts csv files which mine is excel csv. I don’t have time to sort this out and it’s ending up costing more money and time 😡😡

This app has been great for the last 4 or 5 years I’ve been using it, up until the last few months the app has started logging me out and not keeping track of my trip, I made sure everything was still tracking, reset it and still having the same problem. I used to rely on it to work out my trip and hours I’ve worked but now I have weeks with no tracking, very frustrating. If that can be fixed that would be awesome!

Poor customer service, complete refusal to call and speak on the phone, it’s super annoying that you can’t delete old product-service lines. App is easy to manoeuvre.

Can’t cancel!

I used this in my small business for 3 years before I hit problems. Please be aware there is no actual human to speak to at this point. I have been waiting patiently for 4 weeks now to speak to a technician who was supposed to help. I have now paid the extra and moved to Xero. This has been an expensive lesson as my accountant had to set it all up and manually enter all data from previous years. Super disappointed.
