## QuickFile Accounting Software Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Not very good"
This app demands a password to login every time, and because the password doesn’t save to my iPad or phone I have to use the online web version instead of the app. So what’s the bloody point of the app when I can’t even login to the poxy thing? The web version isn’t intuitive but that’s a different story.

### ***** "Such a grate app"
I’m accountant which was looking for good fairly priced accounting app that my clients could use and I could use to manage my practice. This app is simply the best. Not overdone like QuickBooks or Xero, got all needed functions for self employed and small businesses and for standard version is free. Keep up good work guys

### ***** "Great Help!"
Quick file has been the best accountancy software for my small business-recommended 🙌
-- Motor&Cycle, 2025-07-11

### ***** "Very good accounting software and very cost effective"
Very good accounting software and very cost effective

### ***** "Great service & app"
I’ve been using QuickFile for my freelance accounts for 14 years and it is a great, easy to use but powerful accounting tool. The app is great for the convenience of accessing its functionality on my devices.

### **--- "No online support"
Ive used Quickfile for years and been fairly happy with it. However I’ve had some months away from Quickfile and now it doesn’t recognise my login details and I can’t find any support portal. I need to get into my account and there’s no help!

### ***** "Very good program"
Very good program

### **--- "Not User Friendly"
It’s driving me nuts!!! As there are no helpful instructions, you have to find your own way. I’ve made mistakes & it seems you can’t go back & correct them. Outstanding payments, you would think you can just hit the 3 dots, to add in the payment, but no… sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. No idea how to get past this!! When I have been able to add in the payment, its then changed the date inputted to “today’s” date!!! Which isn’t helpful in the slightest, because now I have transactions that I apparently paid today, whereas in actual fact I paid them months ago. And guess what… you can’t go back to amend the date 😡 I am currently fuming!

### **--- "It’s got potential"
It’s ok but the UI needs some small but important tweaks. It feels slow.
-- Tony3599, 2024-11-25

### ****- "Brilliant, easy to use, professional and free"
This costs me nothing and for a small business where I don’t need all aspects of the accounting system it’s perfect. It gives a professional look to invoices and estimates and it’s easy to do both on laptop and my phone.
