Never order from this app, I ordered some items from this app with total value more than $40 but only some of them arrive, 2 items are missing. I called the costumer services and they do not handle it professionally

There are a lot of problems with the app, lack of information from when deliveries  arrive, lack of information about refunds, certain side features of the app simply not working.

However it completely makes up for it by their customer service being quite dedicated to fixing the problem and have never been given the run around. 

The ability to get more unusual ingredients delivered to my house makes up for troubles i have with it, i just worry what could happen in the future if they say, got bought out.

I placed an order expecting next-day delivery, but it didn’t arrive for days. I had to call multiple times just to get a response. They promised callbacks but never followed through. When I finally requested a refund due to their incompetence, they ignored it and sent the order anyway—missing $40 worth of items. Yet again, they promised to “look into it” and never did. Complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Avoid this app unless you enjoy chasing down your own groceries.

I ordered groceries because the app said I could get delivery later that day. However no order arrived and notifications from quicklly about not being able to deliver the order. I emailed them and they said yes we have received your order but no response to when it will be delivered. 

The next day I called their customer support - no apologies and barely able to hear them. I always try to be polite to customer service but the lady’s nonchalant attitude made me so angry. She casually said your order is a UPs order and will have to be delivered when they get to it. I have asked them to cancel my order. Never using this app again. And pls expect a complaint to BBB.

My order was delayed by 5 hours and I had no communication or tracking from them. I only found out about the delay when I called them on my own first. My order was close to a $100. This app is a sham and the app is glitchy. Use weee to order Indian groceries. This app is not worth it and the customer service is exceptionally rude. Incompetent.

Had a great experience with Quicklly orders so far. Had always hoped for a delivery app that has Indian groceries delivered at home on the same day. Finally with Quicklly, now able to get everything delivered without having to worry about driving to the Indian store after a long work day! One of my friend referred this site to us and this has been life saver. The closest Indian store is a 20 min drive and sometime you need the thing like flour etc. I have tried other sites but quickly makes it so easy that I tend to stick to it. They are v puntual and good with deli every as well.
