Literally canceled my appointment for no reason that took my money

I have been using this place for over two years and I’ve had zero issues. The doctors actually care about you and they’re always very nice. I recently needed my doctor to fill out paperwork for my employer and quick MD had me the paperwork back within hours. They are very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend for any of their services.

Not bad pretty quick I’ve been doing them for about nine months now and I wish my insurance cover $100 but other than that it’s fast and easy you know you might do a random drug test once in a while but other than that, I mean they probably look at it like no one‘s paying $100you’re doing dumb stuff. I really do like QuickMD other option they could prescribe Adderall or other things.

There is no live customer service, and you can't call. They've got an out of state doctor trying to call in my prescription (not possible) and the pharmacy legally can't fill it. Their rinky-dink customer help ticket says it will take 24-48 hours to even get a response; who knows how much longer to obtain a resolution. What am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to work? Don't put your faith in this shadowy cabal of shady doctors and whoever this is organizing them.

I recently gave a 3 star review because I had to continually resubmit the intake every time. Within a few weeks of my review that is fixed and all the answers from my last visit were there. It improves the UX 10 fold, thank you. Not to mention this is a very needed service, especially when so many are battling addiction. Honestly, thank you so much for making this, God Bless.

If you are considering whether to use QuickMD or not I’m here to say you should. I have been with them for a year or two now and have had almost no issues and actually only issues were my fault except maybe one small one. I’m telling y’all if you need help they will help I’m sure. THEY ARE CARING AND IT IS EASY TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS. Thank you QuickMD and Susan Koo has been nothing but great.

They charged me $400.00 for one visit. I tried to get a hold of these people to request a refund. It is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone at this site. I am on a fixed income I cannot afford $400 a month for visit. Something has to be done to make it easier Communicate with quick MD and explain what goes on here. Christopher Long is a doctor yea and he sent the script to my pharmacy but the pharmacy is telling me he isn’t certified and I send scripts where his clients have Medicaid insurance so I’m out $99 and the company refuses and I refund me. They keep telling me we don’t take insurance but that’s NOT MY PROBLEM ITS your doctor that is the problem and he doesn’t have the proper paperwork to write suboxone scripts to people in Indiana and he should have told me this before talking to me that he can’t keep doing this because If he doesn’t have his certificates to write them to people with health insurance. And you guys need to stop telling me “We don’t sell and have insurance” BC THATS CLEARLY NOT MY PROBLEM””

Goes above and beyond to help if and when there are any issues. Communicates in a timely manner. Definitely recommend using QuickMD. Thank you QuickMD for the great service.
