If it arrives at all it will be very delayed, you will not be able to get subsequent refills in time and you will be on medication, and then be off of it like a roller coaster. They get supplies from pharmacies out of the country and it's inconsistent on when/if they can keep up. Customer service is non existent, there is only an email, no phone option. Requesting a refund is a joke, they will scam you out of hundreds of dollars. I live in Colorado and have been using QuickMD for a few years. I have one medication that I need monthly refills on and due to physician and insurance issues, I was having a difficult time booking an in-person doctor's visit within a reasonable amount of time unless I wanted to self-pay and this option is expensive. I tried QuickMD out of curiosity and have been so pleased with the quality of the physicians. Dr. Stern especially has been incredibly kind, thoughtful, and engaging. If I could have him as my primary care physician, I absolutely would. My current insurance pays for my medication, and they might reimburse me for the online visit, but I have never checked, as I know it will be a major headache and there will be a zillion hoops to jump through. I recommend educating yourself regarding your insurance provider's rules and regulations regarding online care. If you do not have insurance, I have found QuickMD’s charge for an online visit to be very reasonable and much less than the self-pay cost of a local doctor’s office. The bonus is that you get to talk with a doctor wherever you happen to be, as long as you have your phone. I also strongly recommend using a smaller, local pharmacy for filling your online prescription as many of the larger pharmacy chains have made it very difficult to get medications filled from an online provider.
