Since each of them use a different platform/system, I wanted an easy to use application that allowed me to capture the receipt, categorize/tag the appropriate information, and export the information for submission in the client’s unique billing/invoicing application. This was the one app that allowed me to do it without creating complicated reports. My only one complaint is the need for multiple pictures. Sometimes receipts are too long that you can’t capture everything in one picture (e.g., CVS receipts), or sometimes there are multiple pages (e.g., cell phone bills, itemized information), or online purchases where you need to scroll down to capture everything. I don't want to start accumulating thousands of receipts over the years, and what I would like to do is after I reconcile one month worth of receipts to have a way to automatically delete that month worth of receipts out of this database and archive them somewhere on the cloud, in case I ever need an old receipt in the future. I don't want thousands of receipts being physically stored on my iPhone. If you have Gmail it’s super easy to import and if not the camera portion is good, too.
