Compré un plan y sigo sin poder entrar
Ya se había vencido mi periodo de prueba gratuita, compré el plan lite y sigo sin poder entrar. Ya me comuniqué con ustedes pero no me resuelven. Necesito que se active mi plan porque ya me descontaron el dinero.
Missing basic features
From the fist day i am asking for admin and user right separately which every cloud base software always needed for security purpose ,one of my employee accidentally deleted all my 103 catalogue but there is not any option to recover it , you can’t remove any user from your side also , In a big organisation you don’t have any control on you data , Some one truly says that now quicksell remain the step son of double tick
Not Updating the App
App is excellent. Team is not updating and resolving the technical & logical problem in the app from last 1 year inspite of repeated sending screenshots, videos & verbal communication to the team. This app is now a step son of DoubleTick 😱😩.
Poor service
They only call when your membership is expiring.
Ios version just doesn’t work
