QuietKegel is a discreet pelvic floor training and habit-tracking app for adults of all genders. Open the app, choose a session that fits the moment, and follow the rhythm. Whether you are new to Kegel exercises or building a more consistent routine, you can start small and train without pressure.

【START IN SECONDS】
Begin with a two-minute basic session, or choose a one-minute silent session, bedtime unwind, gentle activation, contract-and-release coordination, control builder, or sitting reset. A session does not have to be long to count.

【CLEAR, GENTLE GUIDANCE】
Move through prepare, contract, hold, release, and rest phases with a clear countdown, breathing animation, gentle haptics, and optional voice cues. You can stay with the rhythm without watching the screen the whole time.

【QUIET BY DESIGN】
Silent sessions and haptic guidance make it easy to train before bed, at home, between meetings, or whenever sound is inconvenient. Notifications use neutral wording and do not reveal training details on the Lock Screen.

【PROGRESS WITHOUT PRESSURE】
See completed days this week, your current streak, total practice time, recent sessions, and training trends. The history is there to help you understand your routine—not turn it into another obligation.

【PRIVATE, ON-DEVICE HISTORY】
Your training history stays on your device and can be exported or deleted whenever you choose. Face ID lock adds another layer of privacy.

【TRAIN ON APPLE WATCH】
View a recommended session on your wrist, follow phase countdowns, and train with haptic taps. Completed sessions sync to the paired iPhone. You can also finish a session offline and sync when the connection returns.

【FREE AND PRO】
The free version includes foundational sessions and essential activity tracking. Pro adds more targeted programs, detailed trends, progress summaries, additional privacy controls, and advanced features. Choose a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time purchase. Free foundational sessions remain available.
