Activity planning and tracking — A complete, searchable community activity schedule. Here residents and family can view upcoming events, RSVP, and add select activities to their personal calendars.  Staff can easily create and manage activities, track attendance, and share everything with family members. Prospects are wowed by the variety of offerings, and families feel confident about the transparency.

Daily Menu — It’s the eternal question: What’s for dinner? Take the guesswork out with a visual display of daily meal offerings. For communities using meal planning software, Quiltt can easily integrate with these and eliminate the duplicate entry.

Directories — An engaged community is an interconnected one. Community members can learn about each other, from next door neighbors to staff with searchable resident, family, and staff directories. Share your contact information and in just a few taps, anyone can get in touch right from the app.

Staff Appreciation — Senior living staff do incredible work every day. With Quiltt, you can ensure it doesn't go unnoticed. From the staff directory, family, residents, and other staff members can show appreciation & recognition. Help improve job satisfaction, encourage teamwork, and reduce turnover.

Messages & Alerts — Everyone knows when the morning walk is cancelled. Welcome and motivational messages are delivered to all users of select groups of users through push notifications. Even let prospects know when new apartments become available.

Surveys — Residents, family, and staff can participate in surveys and give feedback to the community with the tap of their finger.
