Quinable is changing how the healthcare staffing world works. We are an end-to-end digital platform for local healthcare workers and facilities to connect in a simple, reliable way. It provides the monetary benefits that each party seeks without involving staffing agencies and recruiters.

DIGITAL CREDENTIALS
You can upload and manage your credentials digitally, all through the Quinable app. This allows you to work anywhere without re-credentialing, and facilities automatically maintain compliance with credential compliance requirements. 

YOUR SHIFTS, YOUR RATE
Quinable makes it easy for you to keep control over your schedule and pay. You'll have access to shifts in your city at all times, and you can tailor your own schedule from available shifts. You can also state your desired rate of pay and negotiate with facilities all within the Qunable app.

 
NO MORE PAPER TIMESHEET
There's no more need to track your time and get a signature with pen and paper. You can clock in, take a break, and clock out all with a tap on the Quinable app. It automatically generates a timesheet for you to review and submit to your supervisor, who then digitally verifies and approves it. 


GET PAID EVERY BUSINESS DAY
Quinable offers direct deposit, which gets you paid every business day, not every other week. You are paid within 2 business days of your timesheet being approved.

### *---- "NOT A GOOD AGENCY"
First off they lack communication and it’s hard to get in touch with someone. Second, I barely pick up with them anymore because they only have 2 facilities which are HEAVY even for a NURSE and hour drive. Third, if you apply for a shift and they approve you at the last minute but you can’t go because you already accepted another shift at another agency they will lower your reliability score & suspend you. They don’t give us Nurses or CNAS freedom over our schedule. They just let facilities add you to the schedule without you confirming if your still able to work that shift. If I applied to a shift and they accept it a day after or at the last minute it shouldn’t be counted because if your  a agency nurse or CNA it’s more than likely you have more than 1 agency to work through and get money. They need to update their system so it can work for healthcare workers and facilities. I hate companies who are all about the facilities and not the workers. We the workers make these companies and they fail to realize that. Without us they would not be getting paid.

### *---- "Never any shifts Steals your money by falsifying lunch breaks"
Definitely a waste of my space availability on my phone d/t never having any shifts available! The one facility owed by Majestic (which explains a lot), I had worked at a facility for over a year through mainly ShiftKey, but Majestic requested that I sign up with this stupid & unreliable app, so I did. I worked a few months using this app & had literally booked an entire month a couple of days before & one morning I woke up to get ready to head to work & received a notification that I had been DNR’d by a facility that I had never heard about nor had I ever been to that facility. I assumed it was an hour, but reached out to Quinable which was either a chat or email.. don’t remember for sure & was informed that had been DNR’d & Quinable wouldn’t give me any reason & I honestly to this day have no clue what the reasoning behind it was. Recently I started receiving requests from this same facility asking if I could work &I didn’t respond to the first several messages & one day I decided to respond & asked the lady why I was DNR’d and she knew me & didn’t have any idea either. I went ahead and downloaded the app again & still can’t any shifts. Apparently, this facility makes it so you can’t work at any of the other facilities, which is completely childish especially when no one can give me an answer. I’m not sure how Quinable stays in business when they don’t seem to have any contracts set up with any other  companies. The only reason I haven’t deleted it yet is for tax purposes next year m. If they still don’t have any facilities by then, I will delete it and be done. They also will doc you a whole hour for a lunch break that most nurses can’t even take. I’m not sure if the federal labor law will enforce labor laws since we’re not employees, but independent contractors. I have a current facility that I went on staff recently & discovered that they were taking an hour out, but I’m the only nurse in the building. I already warned them so I’m preparing my documents to provide evidence when I file the complaint & figure I will add Quinable to another complaint and see if maybe that will get their attention.
