Good apps, it’s free. Simple UI, I hope the developer plan to produce calendar template for daily planner. I think it will be helpful, instead of using spreadsheet and manually typing the date.

I use Quip a lot for work and most of the time, I use the spreadsheet. When I work with my windows laptop, I can edit the spreadsheet in the Quip web and everythig works. But I’m having trouble when I use Quip in my iPad. Editing spreadsheet using touchscreen is unconvinient so I use my external keyboard and mouse but I can’t even move across cells neither using arrow keys on keyboard nor by clicking the cell using mouse. Clicking cells to type is also not working. Please help.

When I work as a lone programmer, I don't need to share ideas, collaborate intensively with other programmers or documented my ideas, etc. But when I start working as a tech lead/project manager,I really need a way to easily (and fun) carried out those tasks.

I don't like MS Word, it still feels like preparing document to be printed.  I don't like Atlassian Wiki, it already feels like javascript never ever been invented. But, with Quip, it feels like I wrote directly in a futuristic whiteboard, while my colleagues can easily collaborate to my writings.

Quip still need to work on how to let users easily navigate their docs (treeview and numbering heading please).  But I strongly believe it will be a great new unique platform, that will captivate lots of users.
