I thought this would be helpful and a cool way to help myself quit smoking.. but after seeing how expensive it was after a free 3 day trial.. I just can’t. 14$ every week 😲

Beware Payment Required
I am really tired of all these “free” apps that once downloaded require a payment or subscription. This is one of those. Not even a trial option period. Deleted
Smoking cessation
The voice was calming and helped me to relax. The right amount of time for this session. I feel more motivated to go for a walk. I am hopeful this will help me to kick the nasty habit.
