Good for sleeping but that's just about it. You actually get up wanting to smoke, my wife tried it and said exactly same thing. There are better free apps out there, don't waste your time and money.

This app is awesome! I love this guy! I've been off smokes for two weeks now(with the help of patches) but this is the first time in 5 years I've been able to go more than one day without them. The only thing I'm not sure about is... Am I meant to fall asleep and hear the quitting part while asleep? Or awake? Because I always fall asleep before that haha
