Quiver is a physician-informed somatic therapy app that helps you release tension, rebuild strength, and reconnect with your body in just 5–10 minutes a day.

I tried the app for a one time promo trial and now it is charging me $38 for a subscription. The app and the website don’t give me an option to cancel and I have reached out to the via email twice and no response. Very frustrating and disappointing with the experience.

The exercises seem great. They say like it first but continuing for five minutes definitely does the job. The biggest downfalls are you cannot navigate off of the looping video and the same song for five minutes each exercise. It makes it incredibly boring. It would be better if you could minimize it like YouTube. Also for unilateral moves it does not prompt you to switch sides and it doesn’t play a repeat of the five minutes on the other side. Just left me, unsure if I was doing it correctly. Do I switch halfway or do I repeat it. Not worth the price.
