You need to fix the app
Quizlet is great in computer but once I answer something wrong in phone it gets stuck and doesn’t move on to the next word except when I close the app and open it again….

Lagging. Long loading
It takes ages to load vocabularies. They should be offline on my phone!
Achievements
Too much emphasis on the stream of studying. Makes getting to the flash cards s little frustrating because the streak for studying or achievements pop up first and i dont think thats really important as are the actual flash cards that I need to use. Personally I don't see the need for achievements as i just want to study, but it could be more of interest to the younger users of the app.

Charged without the reminder email
When getting the Quizlet Plus free trial, it specifically mentions that they will send an email 2 days before to remind to cancel the free trial incase you do not want the yearly plan. I did send an email but a day after taking the money from my account. And the help centre is an AI Bot, so this did not help either.
So slow and lagging
Such a simple app, but still lags and takes ages to open vocabularies. And WTF achievements block on Home tab takes all the space? I don’t want to see it all. I also don’t want to see these annoying streak notifications. Make possible to get rid of all these unnecessary noise
