Worst Qnap app until today, they planned to replace Qphoto which works “fine” with this extremely buggy app, it takes forever trying to connecting to the NAS and 99% of the times it gets stuck in connection phase and doesn’t connect until you try again and again until it finally connects, the UI is not even user friendly, it’s completely a backwards in terms of technology what Qnap did to this service, I’m considering to buy a Synology NAS and dump Qnap to the garbage.
