worst app ever, it always freezes my accounts and deletes it. I have had a friend with whom it was the same thing. We pay for quo just for business-communicates and mostly cold calls and texts and yet you expect us to just send 2-3 texts. PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD FOR PAY FOR QUO OPENPHONE THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS AND ALSO THE MONEY YOU PAID FOR THAT MONTH TO USE QUO

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding Quo’s current reporting and account-freezing policy. Many users, including our business, have recently experienced issues where numbers are frozen or deleted simply because someone reports us—yet we, as paying customers, are not given any option to report others in return. This creates an unfair imbalance and leaves legitimate businesses unprotected.

A major point that needs to be considered is that businesses registered with Quo naturally deal with high volumes of communication. It is completely normal for thousands—or even millions—of people to contact us. With such a large audience, it becomes extremely easy for anyone to file a false or malicious report, which can immediately put our account at risk. This is not a fair or reliable system for businesses that depend on constant communication.

Our own account was frozen despite being a verified business, and although we promptly provided all necessary proof, we still lost valuable days of service that we had already paid for. This disruption affects our operations, our clients, and our overall workflow.

I have seen many other businesses facing similar issues. The current policy is not fair to legitimate users who rely on Quo daily. I strongly urge Quo to review and improve their fair-use and reporting systems to ensure that registered businesses are not wrongly penalized and that they, too, have a way to report misuse or false claims from others.

They blocked a 2 year old account of mine without even providing a single warning or a reason after. 
On top of everything they don’t even have a call support to discuss and asses the situations.
