Open your calendar and see what to run next. CREATE YOUR TRAINING PLAN Choose a 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon or custom goal. Add a target date if you have one and choose your preferred training days and long-run day. See your sessions in a structured training calendar, with cross-training options alongside your runs. ADJUST WHEN LIFE CHANGES Travel, work, or a missed workout can change the week. Reschedule an individual workout yourself, or tell Coach Q what changed and ask for help adjusting the plan. You can ask to change your long-run day, event date, or training difficulty. ASK COACH Q Chat with your AI coach about your plan, training preferences and synced activities. Ask for help understanding a workout or adjusting your training. CONNECT THE RUNS YOU ALREADY RECORD Import completed activities from Garmin or Apple Health. Runs recorded by Apple Watch can reach Quovi through Apple Health. Link completed activities with scheduled workouts and see how your training is progressing. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Track planned and completed workouts. Review routes, pace, heart rate, elevation, and splits when your activity source provides them. SUBSCRIPTION A subscription is required for full access to core features and content. Any free trial availability, duration, and subscription price are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
