Daily limits dont work at all
Constant problem with info not updating between anroid (kid) and iPhone (parent). Most days shows zero info. Kid must open app to activate and update info. Restrictions mostly work but doesn’t send info to parent app Continue
Family locator in the qustodio app does not work correctly. Always a couple of hours or even days late. App also misses locations even though your child has been there. Qustodio has been informed, but problem not solved
Please removed my information. I don’t want use more.
Generally useful. Somewhat clear user interface. Stars reduced as doesn’t always seem to be capable to block internet use even that the limit has been reached. Using the free version and understand the limitations.
I purchased the upgrade so that I can monitor my child’s phone calls and text messages. However, I have tried over 10 times to connect my child’s device and unfortunately can never find the device. I have tried multiple cords. Nothing I’ve done is allowing me to connect therefore spending $99 a year is a complete waste of money.
It’s really handy for both us and our kid, to be honest. Time management is such a useful skill, and this can help with that. One thing that would be nice is if we could say apps like Pandora don’t count against screen time. Also, it would be great if the “find my” feature worked after the time is up for the day.
This app looked promising as it advertised everything we were looking for in parental control SW. However, not only was the kids app a NIGHTMARE to install on their device, we DO NOT get records of sent messages by our kid, only those received by our kid- and we do not get all of those either, only select messages. The pause internet feature also doesn’t appear to work as well as advertised. It’s been only 2 days but my wife and I are not happy with this.
I just recently downloaded this app and paid for the membership fee. It has helped being able to control activity from my own phone, however the program is pretty all or nothing. Even though they were supposed to be routine routines where I can give partial permission for specific apps, Those partial permission rules don’t work and my children still have full access to all of their games and social media. It only works if I completely lock their phones for bedtime or the phones are completely open. For the price tag, I don’t think the functionality matches. I would expect that the rules for partial permissions would be fully functional And just better.
This app only works half the time. You have to constantly delete it, shut off the phone, redownload it. The blocking feature only works if you block the app you want blocked completely from the main menu, not if you block it for just one day a week. I will be trying another app for parental control.
