The app is useless and is waste of money. It does not stick with the allocated time for kids device. It does not block sites that the parents want to block, kids can changes the app settings from their devices and bypass the application limits and controls.
After the last updat, the App becomes worser and worser. It is not recommended to anyone because it has a lot of bugs. I will not renew my subscription. It blocked my son’s IPad without following the rules. So, the IPad is blocked without any reasons. Sometimes, the IPad is blocked during the school time despite there were no rules to block it at that time.
The app has a very poor control over kids machine, and kids can adjust the app from their devices to bypass the limited time. The application cannot control Huawei devices. I thought that this year there will be an enhancement. However Nothing!!
The App is really good but it would be great if you provide an option to set time limit to use specific websites (especially Youtube) not only to allow or block it. That would be much easier to set limits without manually allowing or disabling it every time Also, it’s necessary to prevent the kids from disabling the extension on their device because it is against the concept of the App

Started well for a month then stopped giving updates about the usage. I did reset , deleted and downloaded again. Nothing worked . Asked for support . They responded that I should disable the antivirus. I tried to do but still didnt work. Total waste of money. Really surprised how it managed to work for a month and then everything happened. No more support from these guys.
I would not recommend Qustodio app to anyone. There are several reasons: - There is no way in app to send feedback or contact the company about any doubt - The app just tells what apps are being used without letting me know what is actually happening inside the apps. I know my kid is using these apps, but what is actually happening inside - I don’t know. - I sent Qustodio an email to them, but still no one has replied. - It simply says Google chrome used, but what happened inside I don’t know!!
This app is very weak that my son was apple to stop it like a piece of cake. He stop it from his mobile xiawmi device by simply stopping the accessibility feature for Qustodio, very silly. Also he was able to stop it from his laptop. Qustodio please refund my money back.
This app makes my kids scream all the time and the keep coming to me asking me to acces the WiFi for them I recommend not using it and use ourpact instead
This app makes your device glitch and work so slow! It’s very bad
