## QVC for Tablet Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "Search facility"
The app search has recently changed and you can’t search for what you want. Very annoying, so I have given up and they must be losing sales.
-- Flumadiddle, 2025-03-20

### *---- "Search items mixed up and can’t log in"
Used to be good but now search items are mixed up with a whole lot of irrelevant items at the end. Tried searching for “Slippers” and nothing was found yet there are slippers on there. Can’t log-in anymore as it comes up with the proverbial “something went wrong” - ended up having to order through the web. Wouldn’t be the first time I gave up and ordered elsewhere at a higher price.
-- RLRules, 2025-03-06

### *---- "What has happened to your app"
Used to be if you looked up beauty items that’s all you saw,now it’s so mixed up with food, clothing, ect you have to scroll through items you are not interested in to check you haven’t missed anything you are actually interested in., I personally don’t want to have to waste time looking at items I didn’t ask to see .
-- Lynne 72, 2025-02-20

### *---- "J.A."
Whenever I try to order, it says something went wrong, I give up in the end. Useless.
-- It’s us again, 2025-01-25

### *---- "Richard Howlett"
Awful, truly dreadful customer experience.
-- rick howlett, 2025-01-11

### *---- "Frustrating"
No way to look up product you are looking for. You used to go to app type in product make and find what you are looking for. Given up looking so elsewhere to buy it.
-- ghengis gran, 2024-12-10

### ***-- "Help"
I find this app easy to order from but I am unable to check on my order status on My Account.
I have rung ref an order query & told to access My Account as this will give me the relevant information & also been sent a letter with the same instructions. I am not able to get this information on the app & neither has anyone been able to help me with this when I have rung the enquiry line unfortunately. This information just does not appear.
-- Duck tape Dan, 2024-10-24

### *---- "Totally inadequate"
Terrible app that lacks functionality.

You can’t check your order status.
You can’t check previous orders.

Too many times to are redirected to the website.
-- JohnG QPR, 2024-09-11

### ***-- "TV Schedule"
The TV schedule does not show items related to the show selected. They appear in the schedule either before or after the show selected. This has been the case for many months.
Annoying and inconvenient.
Don’t bother to search now!
-- rhm123, 2024-09-05

### *---- "Awful App"
I’ve just downloaded this app and it’s awful. I can’t find anything like before. Please revert to the previous simple version with all categories listed so I can view the entire range in that brand and not just what you want me to see.
Never seen an app like this one…improvement required please.
Thanks
YNB
