However PayPal have a chargeback system where customers can charge the money back that’s what makes PayPal horrible. -- warrrning, 2018-01-17 ### *---- "Poorly designed app" Of the various mobile credit card processing apps out there this is the worst. With the Jan 2018 update it now crashes each time I try to process a credit card manually. Additionally, the way that customers must sign on top of a map without the usual X________ (that any sensible app would have) is confusing, even to the most tech savvy. Lastly, when signing it will not allow you to turn the phone horizontally, so you only have a tiny space. Signature approval shows up whenever a customer picks up their finger causing them to get confused, additionally the customer will then at that point hit the approve button before you can tell them to go the option to send an email receipt. Forcing you to go back to the reports and send it from there.
