## QXR Patient Description
Accessing your images has never been easier with Queensland X-Ray. 

Use our App any time of the day or night to:

·       access your images and reports (after your scan)
·       share your results with family, friends or medical professionals
·       Request an appointment
·       update your email and password
·       Manage notifications for your images and your reports

How does it work?

Already registered for the Queensland X-Ray Patient Portal? Log in using your mobile phone number and password.

If you haven’t registered, ask one of our team members at your next appointment for instructions on how. You will be asked for your mobile number and email address, including your authorisation to receive a text to register. You will then receive an SMS message containing a link to create your account. 

Once you have an account you can log in at any time to see your images and your reports. Your reports will be uploaded 14 days after we have authorised and sent the report to your referring doctor.

It’s important for you to go back to your doctor to get your results, so we won’t send them until you’ve had time to make that appointment. Our doctors will always personally call your doctor if the scans show anything unexpected.

Well i can’t even login, after creating an account and verifying the web link says best to download the app. Download the app, put in phone number and password I’ve created for the account to be asked do I want a Touch ID or pin next login. No, I would just like to keep the password. Except this merry go round doesn’t allow that and now I’m no closer to seeing my scans than I was 15mins ago. 
Where’s your user testing people!?? Come on.

Trying to use the app to see our scan images during our first pregnancy. It wont let me log in or send a code to reset password.  Was advised QLD X-Ray no longer print images so have no way of getting images during pregnancy.  What a joke of an app. Useless and pathertic from QLD X-Ray.

I’ve been trying to login to this app for months and can’t. I’ve also been to Qld X-ray in person in Toowoomba and told them but they just fobbed me off. I can’t even access the help section of the app. It’s totally and utterly useless.

Hi, please improve the uploading of the images. Your images are NEVER uploading correctly and missing heaps images every single time. It does not take 24h to upload if other companies, such as Exact can upload all within the next hour.

Signed up for the patient portal with a staff member over the phone, was sent a text with in a few hours to finalise my account. Prompted to download the app, able to log in and see the images from the scan I had done today.

Would not even rate it 1 star if there was a star for totally user unfriendly.
I have tried everytime I’ve had XRays and have never been successful. I requested a physical film at the time I had my XRay and was told they can only be obtained in digital form. Totally dissatisfied with no result still. 
Can’t even sign off with nickname - keeps denying.

Scans take so long to load. Rather than downloading from the server and staying there, I have to load them each time I open the app and considering the app logs me out every 5 minutes, its very time consuming to view all images. Expected better from QLD X-ray

I’m not really happy with this app, I understand why they are not printing the ultrasound results of my baby, in this up I need to wait 24 hours before I see again my baby picture and then when I wake up I’m so excited I got the scan in the app but I can’t open it! It just said I handled exception please try again, I keep trying still same, so I call them they said they will report it to the head office, so I need to wait again, and I’m not really happy, my first ultrasound i didn’t do it here  in bulk it’s free but when we leave that day they give the pictures of my baby instantly, now we choose them bcoz they are near we pay but this is happened
