## R4 Football Progression Timer Description
This app features a sub-second progression timer to be used as a football training tool for quarterbacks and receivers.

The R4 timer assists athletes in building game speed rhythm and synchronization required to execute passing plays under pressure, and also aids coaches as a tool for realizing real-time game speed.

While the application is tailored for quarterbacks and receivers, it can be used for all positions and phases of the game.

The Pro version comes pre-programmed with set times that are fully customizable, with the ability to add, name, and save custom progressions, along with access to the delay feature. (The delay option gives players a chance to start the timer and then have 3 seconds to get in position before the progression begins.)
The free version allows access to the pre-programmed 5-step pass progression.

## R4 Football Progression Timer Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Buggy"
The app does what I would want it to do, but it’s weird that it doesn’t work when it’s not connected to the internet. Since none of the practice fields have Wi-Fi, the app is pretty much useless when I actually need to use it. Also it won’t let me sign in on my android phone. Every time I hit the sign in button, it just takes me back to the sign in screen. (Yes I was using the right password)
-- Govannon88, 2023-02-26

### ***** "Love it"
Great tool, love to use it. Only issue is that I cannot get it to work correctly with a blue tooth speaker. It only plays the first and last tones, not the middle R4 beeps
-- rread16, 2021-08-12

### ***** "Coachlac62"
If you don’t have it, get it and see for yourself the difference it’ll make immediately.
-- clacgov62, 2021-08-09

### ***** "This app is a game changer!"
I have been using this app for our summer QB training sessions. I was amazed at how fast the R4 timer improved my QBs ability to sync their drop, feet & eyes with game speed.

This app also transformed 7 on 7 periods & tournaments. It helped our QBs build a game feel awareness of time that is more realistic!
-- Coach Jarett, 2021-06-30

### ***** "Amazing app"
Great for any coaching using the R4 system
-- Jacg fa, 2021-06-17

### ***** "Very helpful tool"
This timer has changed our passing periods already. It keeps the QBs and myself on the same timeline. It’s nice to be able to look downfield at what your QB is seeing and not have to pay attention to their drops. As long as the balls come out with the beeps you know they were on time. Having the options for different passing timelines is also important. Get the Pro version!
