Buggy
Scan music feature failed. Search is hidden BOTTOM RIGHT unintuitively. Cannot press my return button on a search because of this red icon in the corner of the screen. Cannot search by genre like on the website.

Why do I need this
The fact that I have to make an account and download an app for one ticket is ridiculous

Great to find events in the area but I bought tickets through the app, got to the event and none of tickets would scan as they were showing as invalid even though I had an official email receipt and order number. The lady searched for my name on her laptop and my tickets didn’t even exist! Only lucky that she let me into the event otherwise I would have wasted over 100 euros!

I have booked for an event but they don’t do refund , they will told you to resell it and if nobody buy it then u can’t have a refund.
