Bought tickets and received email ! Email says transfer ticket into app ! Can not transfer from email to app ??? There's no signs saying find my tickets?? Or find my order on app ??? 0 stars from me . Sort it out !!!!!

When I try to mark interested for an event it gets stuck. It doesn't load the "for you" and "new" tabs in the events page. Still on it almost everyday to track events.. Developers pretty please, fix the issues and get my 5 stars.

This app is pretty good at meeting the most basic use case. But if you want anything outside that then it gets less useful. For example if you want to keep track of events in multiple areas. It has also been buggy with the for you page, for the last couple of months. It doesn’t update and shows only events from Nov 2023 onwards. Also if I try to search in the search bar it closes the keyboard after the first letter and I have to reclick in the bar.

Fraudsters! After the event is cancelled,they take interest off the refund.

Have noticed app keeps automatically closing when I click on the For You tab. Also happens sometime when I go on the calendar page. App is great otherwise just some issues since recent updates. Shame as I have to log in everytime and use website instead these days.

Any events that are run using this service require you to have an app and an account, I find it unnecessary to go through this much just to go to an event, I have will always delete this app immediately after going to these events because there is no need to make it this difficult to access tickets.

The calendar has stopped working, shows nothing :/

The ‘New’ tab on Main page which was my main use for the app closes the application when I go to press it. Hasn’t worked in 1-2 months

It’s been a few years since I last used RA, and was very disappointed that they no longer offer Apple Wallet tickets. Worse, I have to download this mediocre and overly flashy app to be able to just display the tickets. Dice is the same, but at least isn’t as awful as this one! Like how do you view tickets you’ve bought? It’s by clicking on the event page, (that appears like you’ve never bought a ticket!). No, it’s by clicking the RA logo at the bottom right of the screen – something no other app does for obvious reasons. Unintuitive and unnecessary. Dance Ticketmaster.
