## Rack Room Shoes Reviews in United States

### *---- "Don’t even think about it"
The store is good but the website and this app is horrible to try and work with
-- hdhcbcyvmdkfvbh, 2024-12-14

### ****- "Working good"
for me it’s all good, scrolls good, doesn’t move by itself, nothing like the reviews im seeing. I also highly recommend the shoes. for me they look really cute, im not really an online shopper. but i just check around and im not sure if the reviews of buying shoes are true or not, but for now it’s working all fine
-- TheRealXxMasterxXander, 2024-11-14

### *---- "Agree with other comments"
LOVE THE STORE!!! HATE THE APP!!

It looks like the app has been updated, but before it was I was having issues with signing in, I even emailed the company and I think I wrote a review then. Just now when I went on the app I thought to myself maybe since it’s been updated I won’t have a problem signing in, boy was I mistaken. I went to sign in a banner popped up on the sign in screen and it say BAD CREDENTIALS. I even tried changing my password and still the same thing. This issue has been going on for months!
PLEASE FIGURE OUT THE ISSUE and FIX PLEASE 🙏🏼
-- Harleygrl82, 2024-10-12

### *---- "don’t bother using this"
customer support recommends their web site and that’s just as bad. i’m so frustrated i don’t even want to talk about it. go to another store it’s easier.
-- Adrianinri, 2024-08-24

### *---- "Bad app and website"
It was so hard checking out at the web page, I could not make my order, because it would say that I didn’t enter a delivery address. So I went to the app which is pretty bad as well as the web site and I got a different amount for shipping. 😒
-- jesuse453, 2024-06-25

### *---- "Terrible"
Doesn’t load, constantly freezes and it’s not easy to filter by what you’re looking for. Don’t bother saving things to your wish list because you will never find it again.
-- Krista Gaskill, 2024-06-21

### *---- "How does an app this bad get made"
Not only does this app take forever to load anything. There also appears to be no way to log in with an existing account. This app is completely useless at the moment.
-- Kwixb, 2024-05-13

### *---- "This app should be banned"
The worst app I have ever used in my entire life. Website is unusable either.
-- FreeWoRLD83, 2024-04-27

### *---- "Slow"
This app takes waaaaaayyyy too long to load. It has to load up every time you make a filter. Like click womens- Load 20 minutes- then click shoe type - Load 19 minutes- then if you are still trying the app you try filtering to size it’s another 21 minutes. If you get past that then you see the shoes in the gender, type, and size you want. However, once you click on a shoe to see more and try to go back it’s another loading period of 15 minutes. I don’t have time for this app.
-- LfootMamaBear, 2024-04-15

### *---- "Can’t login"
After inputting my login credentials it continually sent me to create an account when I very much already have an account. It didn’t matter if I used my Email or phone number associated with the account. App definitely needs some work.
