## RACQ Bank Reviews in Australia

### *---- "This app has the worst UX"
This app is way behind the time, no pin or Face ID options. Sending money to another bank takes forever compared to the other bank brands I use.

Why doesn’t the ‘pay someone’ allow you to auto pull accounts in from your address book?

This app clearly wasn’t tested on customers before it was released :(
-- UX24, 2024-11-08

### *---- "Remove and Reinstall every two weeks"
This app has been consistently bad since it’s inception. Again! have to remove and reinstall. On this strength of this terrible app change banks as it will LET you down when you most need it.
-- The Chosen Ones, 2024-09-02

### *---- "Needs an overhaul to compare with all the bank apps"
Incredibly slow to login. I find it really frustrating when I’m in a hurry to get a balance. It doesn’t have a quick balance feature like other bank apps Do.
-- keefe sencen is cool, 2024-06-01

### ****- "Pretty good"
I have no idea why there’s so much hate and low ratings on this app. It’s actually pretty good. It logs in quickly, everything I need is there. I set automatic transfers with ease. Paying rent is simple with saved details. Bpay works just fine. It locked as it should when I stuffed up my password. Staff are always helpful on the phone.

The only problem I have now is the widget it missing. The option is still in the app but it no longer appears in my widgets.
-- Rak98, 2024-02-05

### *---- "Very poor"
This lacks almost everything. It’s not intuitive. Has no BPay view. Wouldn’t recommend it.Change banks

### *---- "Great bank, Worst app"
The app is insanely ordinary, locked myself out of my account months ago, literally can’t be bothered calling up to have in unlocked. The password system is so so so bad. Time for an update, they keep asking me to bring my home loan over, would love to but will refuse until the app is improved.
-- West12344990, 2024-01-09

### *---- "Not working"
This App does not work 👎.
-- Man_in_blue68, 2023-11-24

### ***** "Easy clean aesthetically pleasing app"
I’ve got other bank apps and they just don’t compare to this one.
Clear, beautiful lay out, background pic is gorgeous.
The functions are clear and precise and easy to use.
I really appreciate the ease with which I can do things on this app, even down to changing a card pin, Face ID recognition, and saving payee templates
The othe bank apps have nowhere near the abilities of this one.
-- lil boothy, 2023-10-17

### *---- "Inappropriate update times/ inaccurate downtime"
For some reason RACQ thinks that an update in the middle of the day on a weekend is appropriate. The time listed as unavailable seems to also be daylight savings time which is NOT relevant to QLD. Is there NO WAY you can test in a sandbox before making any updates live?? Can you not SEE when users use the app least and schedule an update then, if a shutdown is unavoidable?? This is 2023!!
-- SCHM1CK, 2023-10-15

### *---- "Terribly slow to log in."
This is simply no where near the usability and speed of the other banking apps. Ask the developers to look at how the other banking apps function and start from there.
