Helpful but...
Is super helpful for classwork etc BUT it now won’t restore my purchases on one of my apple devices ( same Apple ID)! I contacted the address given on the app but they said it was a n Apple problem and now I stuck 🤦🏻♀️

RAD Video is an authorised application of the Royal Academy of Dance and contains video content from the RAD’s Graded and Vocational Graded Examinations in Dance for the study and development of RAD teachers and students. These syllabi challenge students to meet the highest technical and artistic demands of current ballet training and performance, while also providing a way to find enjoyment, achievement and self-expression through dance.
Each title can be purchased individually within the application, and the video content replicates that seen on the DVDs available for sale through RAD Enterprises, www.radenterprises.co.uk. Video content is then downloaded to your device, for viewing offline at your leisure. Further titles will be uploaded to this application for download over time.

Cannot download
I have just purchased grade 3 ballet for NZD$28 but cannot download. It says may be due to internet connection but I have just updated other software with no issues. Very frustrating and unless this sorts it self out I want my money back please.
Can’t download
Hi, we’ve paid $34.99 for the Intermediate syllabus and can’t download it. Is there a problem with this in New Zealand? cheers
No downloading
Previous downloaded app worked well. But this time, deleted app, restarted the device, everything that I can try has been done, but still cannot download the app. I just wonder how can I refund it.
Great App!!
This app helped me learn all my RAD ballet classes and caught me up. It prepared me well for the exam, technique and choreography wise. The videos were well thought out, and they had the camera angle perfect so that I can copy parts I don’t know. Awesome app!!!
Disappointing
This App was good until I purchased a new Grade. I haven’t been able to open the App since. I’ve tried everything - deleting the App and reinstalling it, upgrading the software, resetting the phone to factory settings. Nothing works. I have emailed the owners of the App twice, and they have not responded. I have contacted RAD, who aren’t able to help. I contacted Apple Support who couldn’t fix it and said to go back to the owners of the App, but they still aren’t replying to my emailed. I really want to be able to use it, but if I can’t, I at least want my money back for the Grade that I purchased.
Great App
Thanks for having this on the App Store. Just need to add the higher grades, ie from grade 6 above.
Glitches a lot
Great app and very very handy. However it glitches all the time! When you need it the most suddenly it glitches and you have to delete the app and reload the whole thing....and even then it may not work. So while it's great when you have the glitchy get issues make it a challenge to use.....and it's especially frustrating when you have paid for the grade you want!
Cannot use family sharing
I purchased the app for my daughter as I don’t allow her to purchase anything on her iPad but she cannot access the purchase on her iPad through family sharing to practice, so has to use my phone when she’d like to practice. Kind of defeats the purpose of having it
No Family sharing and cannot rotate video to landscape
Average app but terrible set up with no support. App does not support family sharing and it also is locks in a portrait mode for the videos. I cannot rotate to watch in landscape.
