I love this app and the comprehensive meditations they have added. They really work - I feel grounded focused and intentional about my day and life after listening. I love the focus around manifestation she is really leading the space for me personally in that area. Her voice is so soothing. This is not your free you tube meditations this is life changing. I love the daily prompts too for journaling which you can also make an affirmation too. Get it trust me it works.
